内毒素是质粒提取中常见的污染物，由于真核细胞对内毒素非常敏感，因此，如果质粒中含有内毒素会大大降低真核细胞转染效率。本试剂盒提供一种简单快捷高效提取无内毒素质粒的新方法，提取的质粒最大限度去除内毒素，并能有效去除基因组DNA、RNA、蛋白等污染，操作简单方便，40分钟内就可完成整个实验。
本试剂盒通过碱裂解法裂解细胞，新型硅胶膜高效专一的结合质粒DNA。同时采用特殊的缓冲液系统和过滤器，有效的去除内毒素、蛋白等杂质。由本试剂盒所得质粒纯度高、质量稳定，可直接用于转染细胞，DNA测序，PCR，基于PCR的突变，体外转录，转化细菌，内切酶消化。
